Last night Jorge had to work late. Gabe had a very busy day with only a very short nap. We went upstairs and laid in my bed, as usual. While we were laying there with the usual rolling around going on, I looked over and saw his big boy bed. I picked him up and told him he was sleeping there tonight.
He laid down and cuddled up with his ja (giraffe). There were a few times that he got up and said "up" or "out" and tried to hold on to me. I told him no, he was sleeping here tonight. It took 30 minutes, but he fell asleep in his own bed. I was also sitting next to his bed, but baby steps people!
So, we will try again tonight and see how it goes!
